Men’s Discipleship

MENS-D

“Quit You Like Men”

Several generations ago, “Quit You Like Men” was a frequently heard phrase in English-speaking countries. To modern ears, quit means “to stop” or “to give up,” but in the days of the Bible this meant “to conduct oneself in a specified way.”

Just because we are born male does not make us a man. The phrase the King James Version translates as “quit you like men,” is literally translated as “act like men.”

These small group discipleship classes instruct men on how they ought to conduct themselves in their families, work places, and in our spiritual lives. Join us for our next lesson. Check the calendar for dates.
